Make The Most Out Of Your UCAT ANZ Revision With Medify's UCAT Diagnostic Test

UCAT Revision Tips

2020-05-07

Have you ever wondered if all the learning and practising you did as part of your UCAT ANZ preparation was worth it? Medify has a UCAT diagnostic test that allows you to assess your baseline UCAT ANZ scores, which can be compared against performance in mock exams in the future. In this blog article, we show you how you can access this feature and how you can benefit from it.

How can I access Medify’s UCAT diagnostic test?

First, you need to log in to Medify’s UCAT ANZ online course. If you haven’t purchased our course yet, you can do so by following this link and clicking the ‘Buy Now’ button next to the ‘Log in’ button.

When should I take Medify’s UCAT diagnostic test?

As this is a ‘diagnostic’ test, we recommend that you try out the test as early as possible. You can sit the test after watching Medify’s video tutorials and before working through Medify’s question bank to estimate your baseline score for the UCAT ANZ. If you are short of time, you may even consider sitting the diagnostic test before watching the video tutorials to identify your weaker sections. This will allow you to customize your UCAT ANZ revision strategy.

However, if you’ve already started going through Medify’s UCAT ANZ question bank, don’t worry. Just take the diagnostic test as soon as possible to reap the maximum benefit.

How can Medify’s UCAT diagnostic test help me?

As you progress through Medify’s UCAT ANZ online course, you can compare your current score in one (for a mini-mock) or all (for a full mock) sections against the baseline score from the diagnostic test. This will help you to assess your progress objectively and guide future revision strategies.

A further benefit of using the diagnostic test rather than trying a full mock exam is that the diagnostic test only takes 30 minutes to complete. Therefore, you don’t need to complete a full 2 hour mock exam to see where you are at. Also, Medify’s mock exams are single-use, so it may be ‘wasteful’ to use one too prematurely.
